Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI searches. One credit = one AI search — credits cover both your automatic weekly scans and any on-demand searches you run. Need more? Top up any time with a lifetime credit pack.

Lifetime credits never expire. Purchased credits stack on top of your monthly allowance and carry over indefinitely — even if you change or cancel your plan.

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time from your Shopify admin.

What counts as a credit?

One credit equals one AI search query. Automatic weekly scans and manual on-demand searches each draw from your monthly allowance. When you run low, top up with a credit pack.

Do purchased credits expire?

No. Credit packs are lifetime — they never expire and roll over month to month, even if you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Apps → Shop Mentions → Billing in your Shopify admin. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

How does billing work?

Billing runs through Shopify, so charges appear right on your regular Shopify invoice. See our support page for more detail.
